Lords of Harlech is an established luxury menswear brand known for its distinctive prints, refined tailoring and strong presence in the United States.
As the brand began exploring opportunities to expand into Europe, the collaboration focused on supporting its entry into the Dutch market and helping build a local presence strategically and sustainably. This project is currently ongoing.
The objective is to introduce the brand to a new audience while maintaining the exclusivity and personal service that define the Lords of Harlech experience. Rather than relying solely on traditional retail expansion, the strategy focuses on building a network driven by relationships, trust and curated brand moments.
One of the key initiatives has been the development of a partnership system based on referral cards. The concept is designed to connect the brand with professionals whose clients regularly require formalwear or distinctive garments for special occasions — including stylists, wedding planners and other partners who operate in spaces where personal presentation and high-quality garments play an important role.
Alongside the partnership network, the project also focuses on creating brand activation moments that allow potential clients to experience the garments in person. These activations take the form of curated events and one-on-one clienteling moments where customers can discover the collection and receive personalised guidance.
The work continues to evolve as the network expands and new activation opportunities are explored. The goal is to gradually build a strong local ecosystem around the brand, creating long-term visibility and sustained growth in a new market.
